Terra Casa S.A. rewarded for innovations
Terra Casa S.A. belongs to a prestigious group of enterprises, institutions and persons honored with the “Wprost Innovators 2017” award. The company was granted the award in the category of construction and the basis for this honor are the innovations and solutions applied in the residential projects Art Deco Wola Apartaments in Warsaw and NY Residence in Cracow.
Both awarded Terra Casa investments are being implemented with high standard of the finishing, comprising ultramodern technological solutions, such as for example a biometric access control system, intelligent systems of managing the functions of the apartments, fiber-optic internet in every apartment, or electric vehicle charging stations in the underground garage. The award is also granted for advanced building solutions and the unique way of leading the projects by innovative approach to their positioning on the domestic and foreign market.
We have been known in Warsaw and Cracow for many years for the implementation of innovative projects and focus on quality and details. We are systematically following world trends and introducing advanced technologies and ultramodern solutions to our projects. On the other hand, in order to effectively reach the awareness of our customers, we successfully combine the know-how and experience from the American market with the latest trends and innovations. During the grand awards gala, prof Wieslaw Jedrzejczak, the Polish long-term National Consultant for Hematology and the author of the first successful bone marrow transplantation in Poland, was granted the “Innovative Personality” award. The awarded enterprises and institutions included, among others, the Polish Mother’s Memorial Hospital Research Institute, the key energy provider in Poland Tauron Polska Energia SA , IT Card, the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Jansenn Cilag Polska, Superexpo.com, Cannon Polska and TP Link.

WPROST INNOVATORS is a prize awarded from 2011. In the years 2011-2013 the awards were granted on the basis of the “List of 500 most innovative enterprises” drawn up by the team of specialists from the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Since 2014 the basis for distinguishing the companies, which invest in innovations, is the autonomous Innovation Research examination. The Statuettes of Innovators are given to the best companies in the most dynamic sectors of the Polish economy, which include among others, pharmacy, energy sector, industry, construction, telecommunications, finances and education.
